Can you freeze heavy whip cream?

Yes, but then you cannot whip it once it thaws. You can blend it, cook with it, bathe in it, but it will not whip.

Thank you. That's what I needed to know. It's one of those things that we get in, and then don't see again for awhile sometimes. I was hoping we could just buy it when it's here, and then freeze it for when we needed it.
