Hello everyone,
My 10yo ds is using Abeka arithmetic 5 and has been using Abeka since K. We have been satisfied with it until this year. I want to change to chalkdust, but I don't know if we shoud go with Basic Math or Pre-algebra. It seems like he has done about everything Basic Math covers except for a couple of chapters. Pre-algebra seems to review Basic Math and adds on. But is my son ready for it? He is extremely bright and I have not had to teach him yet. He just gets it...
