For those of you who know about this program... do you think it compares to lifting weights? Does it build muscle just as much? I'm trying to decide between T-Tapp and a lifting weights routine for exercise.

Thanks so much!

It's a great workout! It builds nice, long, lean muscles. It has full fiber muscle activation and uses several muscles at one time. Look at the website and do some "try before you buy". I've been doing it over 2 years now and think it is a great workout...but I am spoiled...I live in the same city as Teresa Tapp, the lady who invented it and am able to work out with her in the mornings. She is amazing...she knows SO much about the body and loves to educate people on how they can use their body as a machine.

I used to run half marathons and do Jazzercise 3 times a week. I have given those up and now only T-Tapp every other day...and I've lost inches and increased my muscle tone....and I just feel a LOT better!

WARNING: It does require that you hit the "PLAY" button! :) If people don't like to exercise and don't want to commit to doing it on their own, then T-Tapp won't give them the results they want!

So, I would recommend it over doing weights because it is has many more health benefits to it. I would also recommend doing it in front of a mirror so you can check your form. If you aren't in alignment, you won't get the full impact of the exercises.

Hope that helps. E-mail me if you have any other questions!
