Do I need the teacher's manual for the 400 level, or can I get by with just the answer key?

I don't think I ever used the Teacher guide. Maybe I glanced at it one or twice, so I definitely think you can get by without it.

Unless your child struggles with LA and you think you might need to alternate unit tests, then I would not bother with the TM. I do need the alternate tests for one of my children, but the rest do not need them.

yep. Just get the answer key. I bought the manual and found that I really don't need it. Just need the answer key.
