Lost my link - permanent adhesive labels for books

Sorry, I asked this question last year and put a couple of links in my favorites, but we have a new computer now so I am asking again:

For anyone that labels their book spines with colored adhesive (similar to Sonlight's color coding) where do you buy your labels?

I want permanent adhesives only. We are moving next month, so I am motivated to label our books before boxing them up!
