Looking for a show-stopping appetizer (for male crowd) like the buffalo wing dip

Does anyone have any suggestions? My husband is doing a luncheon workshop for some military police and they have really enjoyed the buffalo wing dip. I need some new inspiration for the next meeting in two weeks!
