BJU literature...

Ok, let's say I wanted to supplement my ToG literature study with something from BJU like someone said below.

This year, my son did Reading Detective, and the dialectic literature from ToG. What level would you implement for BJU? Would you put him in 8th grade (his grade level) or is he missing enough that he needs to go in lower? Thanks.

we jumped into 7th grade this year. I used BJU reading in the early grades but stopped it in favor of DITHOR until this year. After doing several lessons, I feel like I should have purchased 8th grade and made it last longer. *I* would have liked to do 2 or 3 lessons a week and spread 8th grade over this year and next.

7th grade is very straightforward. So far, we are not finding it as indepth as LL7. With that in mind, I dont think you will have any difficulties. Have you looked at the table of contents and sample chapter at bjup? That might help you too.
