Any great favorites out there?
I want something that I can do now (easy) but grow into (challenging). Please don't give me Tamilee Webb or Denise Austin! :p
Thanks!

Aw shucks, I was going to say Tammilee :D I loved that show she was on called Fitness Pros, she's great.
Anyway, I've been thinking about getting one of those big balls you sit on, or lay on, and do various exercise including crunches and back extensions. Costco has a set that comes with the ball, a DVD, and bands that attach to the ball so you can do arm exercises (I guess.) It's only $19.99. I tried the ball at the gym, you really get a great range of motion.

I don't have a favorite video for abs yet (I'm still looking for one!) but Collage Video (http://www.collagevideo.com/) is a great website for checking this kind of stuff out. You can watch clips of videos, do a special search for the kind of video you are looking for, and see what their certified staff recommends.

I like Collage Video too. It is nice to preview the dvds before investing! I have several different dvds that i rotate. Any workout becomes too easy if you are doing the same thing day after day. My personal favorites are the Crunch work out DVDs.

I don't have a specific video, but I've found several videos & books at the library that show how to use this & specifically for abs. I'll never have a 6-pack but I feel in reasonably good shape using the ball for ab work.

Thanks for the ideas! I only wish we could all be workout buddies....Just me and the tube, I guess.

a challenge for the beginner but gives a good goal. I would try your library first to see if there is any. I really enjoy her emphasis on good form.
