We have had a terrible sinus virus of some sort here. It started ~10 days ago with the 2yo, and since then has hit all of us to varying degrees.
Here's my dilemna - I can't seem to kick it, and you know how life can be when mom is sick. I spent most of the weekend recovering (I thought), but it has hit with a vengeance again as of yesterday. I usually rely on Airborne and a multivitamin to preventatively help, but I think I'm past that phase.
Any tried-and-true method to knock out the lingering sinus issues, just enough that my head doesn't feel like it will explode (which, in turn, causes me to explode at EVERY LITTLE THING?!)? Echinacea? Elderberry? Hot tea with lemon x 20?
Thanks!!
