Queen Homeschool Order Question

It has been 12 days since I ordered from them and I do not have my books. Has anyone else received their order? I have emailed them twice, but have not received a response.

When I ordered from them it took 2-3 weeks for my order to arrive because it was shipped media mail.They are a small family-run business too,so I take that in to consideration when waiting for packages.I like the convenience of ordering from larger companies because they usually ship faster and I can often track my packages but sometimes they just don't carry a particular product I want.

I had my order in seven days. I just received my order last week...I also only ordered one book. I would just give them a call to make sure they received your order.

I called them and they said they would have to get back with me later today.

I like ordering from the small homeschool family businesses so that I can support their efforts. But the lack of timely shipping of orders is annoying.
If I order more of their supplies, I will have to find another company.
