Hello
I am sort of hyperventalating over the Core 40 issue with the transcript. I am wondering how you are handling the Core 40 set up in regards to the transcript. Also dh is wanting ds to have a computer class here at home using Adobe After Effects. However there are no textbooks to go along with it so we are creating our own syllabus and project based to count towards the transcript. We are also perusing Inge Canon's Transcript boot camp to help us with this. I would like to know how you are doing the Core 40 with the WTM or even TOG curriculam/guide.

Thanks!

Holly

I planned dd/ds's high school years before I read the WTM so... Core 40 really comes down to things you'd probably do anyway...English, Math, SS (history), Science... I really was more interested in my kids' having something equivalent to the Academic Honors diploma so I scheduled our courses to cover those things. When you get right down to it, it's 4 years of English, 3 years of math, 3 years of "social studies," 3 years of foreign language, 3 years of science plus electives.

I'd be happy to send you a copy of the transcripts I've done for both of them.
