Homemade veggie soup...how long will this keep? (m)

Last week I made vegetable soup using chicken broth (organic broth that I used on its "Best if used by" date), potatoes, spinach, (canned) diced tomatoes, and onion. I also chopped a couple of fresh tomatoes and threw those in. It's been a week...can I still eat it? Thanks!

I wouldn't - that chicken broth is well out of date by now.
