2 pounds chicken breast or chicken breast tenders (I use the individually frozen ones and put them in frozen)
Mix in microwave or on stovetop:
2/3 cup honey
1/3 cup mustard (reg. or dijon)
3T butter
small onion diced
1-2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Pour over the chicken and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. You can thicken the sauce with cornstarch if you want or use as is to pour over rice.
I modified a recipe I found on this or another homeschool board. Very easy and tasty.
