Ds 8 has enjoyed the lessons on this fun, free typing site (http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/typing/), and I'm wondering what he might do next. He has done it just for fun, on his own, without much prompting from me.
He doesn't spell well enough to correspond with pals regularly via email, but I'm wondering whether to offer him the option of doing some copy work or a list of spelling words at the keyboard.
I've also heard great things about the typing program from Timberdoodle - I don't know whether or not that would be redundant .
