What's up? on our older PC, I get in. On newer one, not so???

This is a test post as I can log in on one computer - the one from which I set up my account. BUT NOW, logging in on that PC - I am not recognized. Does anyone have a clue. I went to this computer (my older one that I am using to make this post) hoping to be able to hit the "Contact Us" button in order to contact somebody (WEBMASTER) about my problem. This "CONTACT US" button comes up when you unsuccessfully log in. I couldn't use it on the newer computer because a "default email address' has not been wet up on that PC.

Boy, may we live in interesting times.
