Pork Sausage...help

Wild Oats are no longer selling the organic Hot Breakfast roll sausage or any pork breakfast roll sausage. I need to know where I can get them. The reason I have been buying them at Wild Oats, they didn't have MSG, Nitrates or Nitrites in them. I tried finding them online. I remember somebody saying they found one either at Kroger or Walmart with no MSG. I tried looking at Kroger but all of them have MSG.

I need help on this.

No help, Holly, but just wanted to say, doesn't it stink that Whole Foods is the Wild Oats now? I have been in there a few times since the change over and they stopped carrying what I specifically drove 25 min. to get. Arrrrgh!

Do they have the sausage in bulk? I got the breakfast sausage a few times in the bulk meat, but I haven't even looked at the meat section in awhile now because I've been going to Traders Point (but they don't have sausage).

Do you have a PCC natural foods co-op there? (I know they are around the country but they aren't as prolific as Whole Foods). They have pork sausage like that.

Or you could make your own. I have some here and I'm looking at what is in it:

ground pork, garlic, salt, parsley, paprika, lemon juice, spices (this is mild Italian- so I would guess an Italian spice blend). You'd have to guess on the amounts. But wouldn't that be a wonderful science/home ec. study!!!?
