Any go-along ideas-books, websites, activities-for Carry On, Mr. Bowditch?

I seem to remember something a long time ago about people doing some expansion type activities with this book. Any ideas?

Have you heard of Total Language Plus (http://www.totallanguageplus.com/)? We're using some of the guides this year and next. I got a chance to look through some of the guides earlier this month and they look interesting...I think my oldest will do great with them.
