Ok ladies I have made a big mistake, what should I do?

I have bought the wrong book. I was meaning to buy Lial's BCM but instead have bought Introduction to Algebra. Should I sell the Algebra or and buy the BCM or just do the Intro to Algebra. I wanted BCM mainly because someone said to use that then go into the Chalkdust Algebra series, which was what I was planning on doing. Suggestions please.

DS is using Intro to Algebra, which we both like.
I don't see any reason to use BCM if you already have Intro.

Or was it cost prohibitive to do both? Depending on your child's age, I would do BCM first. My son started BCM in 6th grade. He is ahead in math, so it allowed us to do it gently. We finished at Christmas in 7th grade, and it was a wonderful thorough pre-algebra program. We have just started with Intro. and it moves very quickly.
