Fun Vocab program for younger grades

I am looking for an informal vocabulary program to do orally with my younger children. Any suggestions?

Not sure if this is what your looking for, but I have this book:

We do one word per week. It is all oral. I also use foam letters and glue the word to some card stock, add magnets to the back to post it on the refrigerator for the week. After initially introducing the word, I simply use it frequently during the week. My son has picked up and retained everything we've covered. I believe the entire book is available for preview on Google books, so you wouldn't even need to buy it yourself.
