There is no demo for 3rd grade on the website, and the price is about $50.00 for only student workbook three trimes more than 2nd grade book!, almost 500 pages. We have used 1st grade this year, and my daughter likes it, it is colorful and easy, and very self-teaching, and I like it too. Now, I checked 2nd grade samples online, and it is all the same that in 1st grade almost entirely. She is very strong with grammar, writing (copying and dictation) and spelling, and I am thinking to skip 2nd grade grammar all together and start 3rd grade grammar. I also think of using 3rd grade FLL3 instead of 2, because she gets really bored with 2nd grade.

Now, I'm sure this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but I have a teacher's edition and a student book that says Voyages in English 3. They are both hardback. The copyright is 1995. The teacher's edition ISBN is 0-8294-0755-3 and the student is 0-8294-0754-5. I just pulled out my big pile today in order to put a bunch of stuff on the for sale board. Then I saw this post.

I would let these go for pretty cheap. Like $10.00 ppd for both of them. We didn't use them, and they're in great condition. I've just had them lying around for a while.

Let me know if you're interested.
