It will be used by dc for gaming and online classes, and possibly for phone service for all family members in the future.
We prefer a set with a mute button, a noise-canceling mic, and comfortable, adjustable headphones.
I don't mind paying a little more to get a set that will hold up through a lot of use, but paying a little more is not a requirement if you know of a less expensive sturdy set. :)
