Artistic pursuits for Jr high.

Has anyone used it? Did you like it. I want to do something for art for dd as I haven't found her lessons since we moved. She will be in seventh next year and loves drawing.

I have not used it yet, but we will next year for 7th as well. I just got it in the mail along with Barbs lesson plan from Harmony arts (http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/harmonyartmom/352428/). I still need to sit down and look it over more, but I know we will use it.

Right now to finish out the year we are trying Sketch Tuesday also found at Harmony arts blog. Sketch Tuesday (http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/HarmonyArtMom/sketch%2Bjournal/) We have only done it once.... and that was last week!

It is excellent. Ds enjoys it very much and has branched out and improved his art over the last couple years. He did about half of the first book on his own and is now working through the second book with his grandmother.
