I just emailed Knowledge Quest to find out when they will be ready and how much they will cost. Here is the reply:

"Thank you for writing. We are hoping to have these available in print
by March 15th. The retail price for A Child's Geography: Explore His
Earth will be $32.95. This includes a full-color textbook with 168
pages plus a bonus CD-ROM with reproducibles for your student to fill-in
and place into his/her notebook."
