Are there any tests for this? Or do I make my own? Or do you just not do tests?

The Bridges are the evaluations. There's one every 5 or 10 chapters. Actually there are several versions of each evaluation. The idea is that the student keeps trying until he gets it.

If you don't have the Home Companion, I would suggest purchasing it. It makes LOF so much easier to schedule.
