Another Natural Speller question

Does the book contain word lists for you, or do you have to make your own? I want an all-in-one resource, and I don't want to have to put together my own spelling lists, as right now I really need open-and-go materials.

It has word lists, grouped by phonetical sounds or similarities (ie: months). It goes through 8th grade.
