Emergency! I need baking help asap.

Here's the instructions:

I put the "crust" in the bottom of the pan. Now I'm supposed to lay a sheet of parchment paper on top of the crust and cover with dried beans.

I've got no parchment paper, nor even waxed paper, and it's a holiday here in Canada. Can I use aluminum foil? What else can I do?

Yes, you can use foil. :)

just bake the bottom crust w/o any beans in it. Keep an eye on it and poke any holes that may try and form. I never do it any other way...since I never remember about having the materials on hand to place in the crust to hold it down.
