What do you use to teach outlining? Or what would you use to teach yourself and your 19 year old daughter outlining?

We used the book Beginning Outlining as recommended in The Well-Trained Mind. However, it's geared more toward fourth graders. Your daughter is old enough to grasp the concept more quickly and probably will not need an entire book on the subject. I'd suggest you just read a few articles on outlining to get the basic idea.
