I searched Amazon, but couldn't find Lial's BCM at a budget price. Any links to a reliable source would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I usually look at amazon.com and half.com first. Sometimes I use a text book search engine like www.bigwords.com --just input the isbn number and go.

The 6th edition's isbn is 0321064577

Amazon has a few under $10 -- so does half.com

The 5th edition is also a great text--it has solutions (worked out) problems for every other odd in the back... but since most problems are 1-2 steps my dd never used that part of the book! Here is a link for a CHEAP new copy of the 5th edition (http://product.half.ebay.com/Basic-College-Mathematics_W0QQtgZinfoQQprZ255510)at half.com
