I'm on a Mac but I'll try, I've exported my files as excel files and you can download them here (http://savefile.com/projects/808594595)

On the screen that the link takes you to, you have to scroll down to see the download buttons for Household Cleaning schedule, Dinner Menu and the Master Grocery List. I don't know if it will work, and it more than likely won't work for everyone.
