A while back there was a discussion of Autobiography of Ben Franklin. I think I remember it was killing someone.
I wanted to recommend the Stanford University lecture series, Ben Franklin and the World of the Enlightenment, available free on iTunes here: http://itunes.stanford.edu/index.html
The professor's voice is a little annoying, but if you stick with it a while, it's worth a listen. I don't think I'll have my son listen, but for me, this has been very helpful, given me some information that will help me engage in conversation when ds does read the AoBF this spring.
