Confusion with WWE and 'volume' numbers....

I only see ONE WWE book on the Peachhill Press website....but I see people using volume 2, 3 and 4. I only see 2 workbooks on the website also....but I see people mention using volume 2 workbook.......

Can someone explain to me what exactly they are talking about?

Oh...and I have seen the megathread about it all....and believe me....I have read it....and still don't get it.....:confused1:

The WWE instructors book (the little hardback book) has instructions for all 4 levels with a few weeks of each level explained in detail with the narration and copywork/dictation included. For levels 1 and 2 there are corresponding workbooks that will include narrations, copywork, and dictation for all 36 weeks of school. For those people who are doing Levels 3 and 4, they are doing the weeks included in the little hardback book and then based upon those samples, are having to find dictation, copywork, and narration selections for the rest of the weeks.

I think I understand now. So I will assume some people are referring to 'volume' and some 'level'....but they mean the same thing?
