My son is ready for the level B and I would love to skip the teacher manual. Is it really necessary?
Thanks!

If you are familiar with the program and are confident you can teach the material to him if he gets stuck, then you can probably skip the TM. It has a few suggestions, but for the most part I don't use it, the workbook is pretty self explanatory, although I did like the way they introduced the reading of the "silent e". I could see the lightbulb come on when I showed my DD that way.

Good to know, thanks! I think I'll order the workbook and if he (or I) get stuck, I can order the TM.
Thanks again. :)
