Is anyone using Drew's Memory book for copywork? Are the passages short enough? I have a third grader who isn't super at writing and has not done any copywork to this point. I'd like to start doing copywork with him, but wondered if the passages in Drew's book would be a little too much for a beginner? Any thoughts (Drew or anyone who has already received their book).

All of our memory work starts as copywork. I will either break longer selections up or only have them do copywork for a sentance or two.

The selections start with single sentences and work up to long paragraphs and poems. There are lots of proverbs and other short selections that would be perfect for pencil-phobic kids. :)
