How do I delete a thread?

I don't want a thread that I just put on. Please how can I remove it?

and received a reply that said we can't delete threads, but it is possible to edit them. You should see a button that says "edit post" in the lower right hand corner of your post. Click on that, and you should be able to edit it. HTH!
