I had surgery a few months ago and one of my ovaries had to be removed. I am wondering if this could be the cause of my lethargy and for my being moody.

I don't know, but I want to suggest trying Enada (http://www.vitacost.com/Source-Naturals-ENADA-NADH) (Nadh) for a few days to see if that helps. This is a vitamin-B coenzyme available in supplement stores and online. I gave it to my neighbor when she had difficulty recovering from back surgery. She was tired, couldn't sleep at night, etc. Within a three days or so, she had her old energy levels back.

I imagine it could. I was told that no ovaries would mean instant menopause. So I imagine one less ovary would cause some changes.

is meant to help about half of all women who are having hormonally related emotional problems. Thus I was told by a doctor. It didn't work for me though.

Just wondering which vitamin B supplement you mean?
