I was able to escape...I mean get out of the house today and I went to the local used book warehouse, seriously they have an elevator! Anyway I was leafing my way through books in the educational aisle, 1 by 1 and I found a new looking Artistic Pursuits book for 4-6grade (book 1) for $8.00!:eek: I wasn't planning on using it next year but I could not pass it up, all the prints were in the front envelope too. Whoohoo!:D

Great! I love used book stores. And finding something you were actually planning on using is priceless!

Ooooooo...I *just* discovered Mks two weeks ago! I was in heaven! In fact, I met another Bee from the Hive in the homeschooling aisle. Pretty cool.

Yeah, we have a small one here. I haven't been to the "city" to the big one yet. But I really want to go very soon! It is so cool to walk in and find some obscure book for school for nearly nothing, isn't it?

Of course I went to MKs, I'm telling you and hour and a half went by fast I was suprised I was there that long. I was able to concentrate without the kiddos there!

Let's plan an outing. How fun would that be? I live all of 45 minutes from the place and have never been there. How sad is that? Maybe today is the day I go!
