or site that would give you questions, clues, projects, comprehension type questions abilities that is generic, that would allow you to use any books you choose?
LLATL uses some outside books for this purpose, but it's in addition to their readers. Is there a program that does this entirely?

With Drawn into the Heart of Reading (http://heartofdakota.com/drawn-into.php) from Heart of Dakota you can choose your own books. However, it does cover 9 different genres so the nine books you choose would need to be within those genres. So, for example, there is a generic biography section, but you would need to choose a biography to read while you completed that section.
