I have heard there is a Latin translation of Winnie the Pooh. Where would I find this and other children's books written in Latin? I want to start collecting these to use as we get further along in our studies and also just as a way of surrounding my kids in the language.

Thanks. I should have just checked Amazon and found a bunch (http://www.amazon.com/Childrens-Books-Translated-Into-Latin/lm/R1ELU680OJKFWW). Who knew you could get "walter the farting dog" in Latin!

I wonder if that would be considered twaddle? ;)

Hmmm, a question for the ages. Does Latin automatically elevate a previously "twaddly" book out of it's twaddleness? We may have to put this to a vote!

My teen has the first two Harry Potter books in Latin and loves them. (She's at the AP stage this year.)
The Dr. Seuss books are great as the translators managed to keep that Seussian rhythm in translation.
