I find myself posting more (espcially if I know I'm close to a new level) than I normally would. There is something oddly motivating to me about the silly levels. There, now you know who the seriously disturbed one is!! ME!!!!! Now, what they really ought to do is rank based on actual content instead of silliness, in which case, I'd probably be a larvae forever. :-)

Yep, I know what you mean. I usually check the boards several times a day for new posts but rarely have anything to add. So even though I consider WTM boards as my #1 board, you couldn't tell from my post count.:rolleyes:

Yeah, the whole numbers thing is disturbing for the competitive person in me! When I get close to the next level, I'm dying to make it, but then I freeze up and can't find anything to post to and make a real contribution to the conversation! Yet in between times there's no problem!
