No, but nearly everything is available at your local grocery store. This was REALLY easy to implement, I promise. :) If you can look a week or two ahead, you can be sure to have all you need each week. As I said, many of the items are in your pantry, or easily picked up at the grocery store.

Maybe I have a future in making these up and selling 'em, hummmm?

I ran through the books very quickly and made up a grocery list of what I needed, then bought it all at once and stored it in the school room for when we needed it. It worked out great, except for the fact that the boys kept opening the six ounce coke and sprite bottles and drinking them before we could use them for experiments (maybe I should have hidden the food items.....)
