I know how to quote others just copying and pasting their text in between the little quote symbols but how do you quote someone and get it to say (as most others seem to have figured out...) "Originally by JaneWTMer" or whoever the person was that you are quoting?

Just hit the quote button at the bottom right of the person's post. A reply to thread box comes up and you type your reply under the quote.
I just did it with your post.

This is multi-quoting. You can do this when there are more than one post in a thread.
Just hit the quote button at the bottom right of the person's post. A reply to thread box comes up and you type your reply under the quote.
I just did it with your post.
If you want to multi-quote, just hit the 3rd button at the bottom right (it looks like this "+ and says "multi-quote this message" when you hover over it) on each post you want to quote.
The button will turn red on each post that you marked.
Then hit the usual "Post Reply" at the bottom left.
All the posts you quoted will appear. You can type your responses between the quotes.

Now I am practicing how to do this.
Just hit the quote button at the bottom right of the person's post. A reply to thread box comes up and you type your reply under the quote.
I just did it with your post.
