FLL 1/2 vs R&S

Can someone give me a comparison between FLL 1/2 and Rod and Staff grade 2?

Rod and Staff is written from a biblical perspective. It requires more writing (if you don't tweak it and do it orally). It is a solid/rigorous program.

FLL incorporates Story narration, picture narration, memorization (grammar terms, lists, poetry) copywork and dictation. So far in R&S we have not encountered these components. But we are doing narration/copywork/dictation thru WWE2.

My DS just finished up FLL 2 and we are using Rod and Staff 2 for the rest of the year to keep fresh what we have learned.
