Why isn't LCC2 available at Amazon?

I have been waiting to buy it there and see that it is not available; the first book is available used.

Can anyone give me info? I'd like to buy it and use Amazon for the free shipping.

I don't know why it's not listed :001_huh: - it certainly should be! - but you can get it at a good discount from allcatholicbooks.com. That might make up for the lack of free shipping.
