I had to design my own lesson planner to incorporate each child, grade level, and respective activities. Never found anything remotely close to my needs.

The BEST organizer I've ever found is now out of print, but you can get one here: http://www.dragonsheadbooks.com/?page=shop/flypage&product_id=13234&CLSN_1400=1202161000140069ad64dd807e71cfcb

I took mine apart and just make copies now. In my 11 years of homeschooling, I have yet to find another planner that works as well for me. We simply love it. I make copies of the weekly sheets for the whole year, so I'll never run out of them.

In addition to all the "extra" forms, the weekly Lesson Plan/Log Sheets have 6 columns spread across 2 pages, a list of the days of the week down the left-hand side of the left page, a column for Notes on the far right of the right page, and blank headers at the top of the 6 columns. I give each kid their own column and write down what they need to do each day. I also have my own "To Do" column, plus the Notes column.

Love it, love it, love it, love it, love it. :D

I use this website to make my own and have it binded at staples. It is cheaper.
