I need a spell or advice.
As some of you may recall - I have HORRIBLE house luck.
After all the drama my last few weeks of nursing school....I finally graduated and moved twice. This cottage on 20 acres was going to be for 2 years at least. I PUT $750 OF MY OWN MONEY INTO THE FAKE WOOD FLOORS. I used my own paint, I ripped out carpet full of dog ****, I cleaned the yard, I cleaned the house......
Landlord is a complete *******. After less than a year we just can't live here anymore and continue being subjected to his disrespect. (Landlord WAS a friend - long story short - he is no longer.)
Remember how Colleen wanted to kill the teenagers at the computer in the library? This is worse.
He comes up with bogus fees for us. He says we're going to be evicted for disagreeing with his new bogus fee of $48. That a sheriff's deputy will be out here soon to evict us. I said, "When he's out here I'll ask if the deputy thinks the Sheriff would be interested in all the underage drinking in your bar?"
I'm pregnant and over it.
I need lawerly advice and witchly spells for a good landlord who has enough land for our horse. I really want to move the hell out of Florida once and for all - but we're not there yet. We only want one good house to rent a year and then we move to the hills and mountains and OWN our land.
