I am considering using CHOW and know it talks evolution. It isn't all throughout the book though, right? Does anyone know exactly where I can start in the book without encountering any problems?

I believe it is only in the first couple of chapters. Maybe even just the first. From what I remember and have read elsewhere, you shouldn't have any trouble further into the book.
