Wow.

I have to admit that I'm not as bummed as I thought I'd be.
As much as I've loved the suspense and action of the show, this year I'm not so much in the mood for it. If it were on I'd feel compelled to watch, but now I can just kick back and relax.

It was the only thing that dh and I watched with any regularity outside of cable news.

I've been renting and watching last season's episodes--watching them in one fell swoop without commercials is wondrous--because I couldn't catch 24 when it was on. I'll be all caught up for the *next* season, and I have a DVR now so I can record the episodes.

Now, if I could just catch up on Lost...

I hate being tied to the TV every night of the week. Blech. I'm glad that 24 isn't coming on until next year. :)
