SSRW experts- What do I do now?

We just finished the K book and we are up to the page with the short vowels and the dreaded ferris wheel. This is where I've gotten stuck in the past.

Does this means that it is time to start working the ferris wheel? Do I work through all the letters and then move on?

Thanks for any help. I am lost.
