I use this site from Renaissance Learning: http://www.renlearn.com/store/quiz_home.asp

I have used their site and loved their leveling for 15 years, because their levelling system is consistent. Each book is assigned a level using a *very specific* formula. It's not always compatible with other levelling systems, but this list is the most consistent and extensive, so it's what I use.

Try lexile.com. Many books are now coming with a lexile range printed on the back of them. You can also check out lexile levels of books you are already familiar with and then print out a list of new books within a similar range. I have found it very helpful.
