Anyone here do sprouts? I have had a total loss of memory.

I put some sprouts in my sprout container yesterday and let them soak in water overnight. This morning I drained and rinsed them. Was this correct? And now what do I do? Drain and rinse each day or what?

Can you believe I have forgotten something this easy?

Yes, that's what you do, soak over night, then rinse during the day. I do it more than once a day, about whenever I think of it, but trying for 3–4 times/day.

Plus you can look up Sprout People on the web—their pages have very good instructions for the various types of seeds.

I used to soak, then drain and rinse 2-3 times per day. Some water works better than others, and I had my greatest success when I lived in Vancouver. I'd like to do it again, but the water here doesn't work well--I'm going to have to find out what to add to make it work. I mostly do alfalfa sprouts because the ones in the store always seem to be on the verge of being rotten, IMO.
